What are the benefits of wrapping a car?

Vinyl wrapping a car offers a range of benefits, including aesthetic customization with a variety of colors and designs, as well as protection against environmental elements and UV rays. It provides a temporary and cost-effective alternative to paint, allowing for quick changes and preserving resale value. The installation is relatively quick, and the wrap can be removed without damaging the original paint. Moreover, vinyl wraps serve practical purposes, such as advertising for businesses on company vehicles.

How long do wraps last?

Vinyl wraps typically last 5-7 years. Special finishes such as fluorescent, chrome and holographic may only last 2-3 years. As vinyl wraps are susceptible to long term exposure to UV rays, wraps last longer when parked inside.

How can I extend the life of my wrap?

Regular maintenance to remove bugs, tar and bird droppings will greatly extend the life of your wrap. Stains and contaminants should be removed quickly. Ceramic coatings are a great way to protect your wrap and extend its life.

Can vinyl wraps be ceramic coated?

Yes! Ceramic coatings can be applied to wraps for protection and easier maintenance and cleaning. We absolutely recommend ceramic coating wrapped vehicles, especially matte finishes. We install specially formulated ceramic coatings that are designed to work with vinyl material - regular ceramic coatings meant for clearcoat are not effective on vinyl.

Are wraps fully removable? What if my car is financed or leased?

Wraps are fully removable and do not damage OEM paint. If your vehicle is financed or leased, the wrap can easily be removed from the vehicle. Wraps are a great way to help prevent small rock chips, stains and scratches on the paint.
